南京大学绿色化学与工程研究院2024年度招聘准聘长聘教师公告
一、学院介绍
南京大学绿色化学与工程研究院面向国家绿色低碳可持续发展的重大需求,围绕绿色化工、新能源化工、智能化工等方向,开展高水平、前瞻性应用基础研究以及关键技术攻关,着力在绿色催化合成、清洁能源存储与转换材料和器件、人工智能辅助化工技术等方面进行研究和开发。研究院建设有“化学”、“化学工程与技术”两个“双一流”学科以及两个一级学科博士点,是首批入选国家“双一流”建设学科,并在2021年再次入选“双一流”建设学科。研究院建设了配位化学国家重点实验室、生命分析化学国家重点实验室、介观化学教育部重点实验室、高性能高分子材料与技术教育部重点实验室(B类)、江苏省先进有机材料重点实验室等多个国家和省部级科研平台,以及多个校地共建的科技成果转化平台。化工学科各方向承担及完成近500项国家、省部级及企业应用项目,在面向工业节能减排的微界面传质强化反应技术、塔器分离新技术、新型储能材料和二次电池等领域取得了一系列先进成果,多次获得国家、省部级科技奖励。
二、招聘岗位设置
南京大学绿色化学与工程研究院拟面向全球招聘有志于从事化学工程与技术领域各主要研究方向的优秀青年人才到学院工作。本次拟招聘岗位以准聘助理教授和准聘副教授为主,岗位总数原则上不超过若干个;特别优秀的高层次人才岗位另议。招聘研究方向包括:
1. 绿色化工:具有化学工程、工业催化、化学反应与分离、过程强化与集成、精细化工等学科方向背景。
2. 新能源化工:具有可再生能源、新能源材料、化学电源、电池器件、清洁能源转化与催化、“碳中和、碳减排”等学科方向背景。
3. 智能化工:具有化工大数据与人工智能、化工过程自动化、智能化、微型化、流动连续化等学科方向背景。
三、申请条件
1.遵守中华人民共和国法律和法规,热爱教学科研事业;
2.具有良好的师德师风,恪守学术道德,勤勉工作,无犯罪记录,无违反师德师风和学术道德惩处记录;
3.一流的学术背景:具有相关学科领域的博士学位,具有一流教学科研机构的学习、工作经验,熟悉相关领域国际前沿的研究动态。其中助理教授要求(博士毕业从事学术研究两年以上);准聘副教授要求(博士毕业从事学术研究4年以上);
4.出色的教学能力:应具有能够胜任本专业核心基础课程和前沿课程的教学能力,掌握良好的教学方法,具有较强的语言表达能力;
5.突出的科研成果显示度与未来科研发展潜力:应有相关研究方向的成果显示度,对相关研究领域有原创性观点,未来研究计划思路清晰,具有较好的学术潜力。

I. Introduction to the Institute
The Institute of Green Chemistry and Engineering of Nanjing University meets the important needs of China's green, low-carbon and sustainable development, focusing on the directions of green chemical engineering, clean energy chemical engineering, and intelligent chemical engineering. We carry out high-level and cutting-edge application fundamental and key technology research, aiming in the research and development of green catalysis and synthesis, clean energy storage and conversion materials and devices, and artificial intelligence assisted chemical engineering technologies. The institute has two national "double first-class" disciplines, "Chemistry" and "Chemical Engineering and Technology", and two first-class doctoral disciplines, which were selected as the first batch of national "double first-class" construction disciplines, and again in 2021. The Institute has built a number of research platforms, including the State Key Laboratory of Coordination Chemistry, the State Key Laboratory of Life Analytical Chemistry, the MOE Key Laboratory of Mesoscopic Chemistry, the MOE Key Laboratory of High-Performance Polymer Materials and Technology, and the Key Laboratory of Advanced Organic Materials of Jiangsu Province, as well as a number of university-local joint scientific and technological achievements transformation platforms. The Institute has undertaken or completed about 500 national, provincial and ministerial level and enterprise application projects, and has made a series of advanced reserch achievements in the fields of industrial energy conservation and emission reduction, micro-interface mass-transfer enhanced reaction technology, reaction tower separation technology, novel energy storage materials and secondary batteries, and has won national and provincial science and technology awards for many times.
II. The Positions
The Institute of Green Chemistry and Engineering of Nanjing University plans to recruit young scholars who aspire to have a career in the field of Chemical Engineering. The Institute has several tenure-track associate and assistant professor positions open for application. Higher positions for particularly outstanding scholars are available and application will be considered individually. Specific fields of research open for recruitment are:
1. Green Chemical Engineering: With background in chemical engineering, industrial catalysis, chemical reaction and separation, process strengthening and integration, fine chemical engineering, etc.
2. Clean Energy Chemical Engineering: With background in renewable energy, new energy materials, chemical power sources, batteries & cells, clean energy conversion and catalysis, "carbon neutrality and carbon emission reduction" related process, etc.
3. Intelligent Chemical Engineering: With background in big data and artificial intelligence for chemical engineering, automation/intellectualization/miniaturization/flow-continuum for chemical process, etc.
III. Conditions for Application
The applicant should
1. abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and have a passion for teaching and research;
2. abide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;3. have a first-rate background in academic training—specifically, a PhD in relevant disciplines, experience in studying and/or working at first-rate teaching and research institutions, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s); The applicant for Assistant Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than two years after receiving the doctoral degree. The applicant for Associate Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than four years after receiving the doctoral degree.
4. have outstanding teaching abilities—the applicant should be able to teach core and frontline courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;5. demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about relevant fields of research, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potential for further academic development.IV.
