Norwegian University Of Science And Technology
About the position
We have a vacancy for a Postdoc position in Molecular Imprinting Polymer (MIP) and Nanomaterials for Sensing Applications at the department of manufacturing and civil engineering at NTNU. The Postdoc candidate will design and synthesis MIPs for selective sensing of different Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) gases. The candidate will also develop 2D transduction nanomaterials using e.g., MXene or graphene, including their or nanohybrids.
The position is part of a research project financed by the Research Council of Norway. The successful Postdoc candidate will work on designing and synthesizing different MIPs and 2D nanomaterials, and will work closely with other researchers who are designing electrical circuit of the sensing devices.
The candidate will report to the Head of department.
